We have world class infrastructure comprising one lac square FEET wide area, besides that, we have well planned plant layout. We have capability of producing 5 lac BUTYL INNER tubeS/ per month in full range, from two wheeler to O.T.R. size.

We have Banbury mixerfor mixing,Banbury is the Symbol of smooth & finest mixing and mixing is the back bone of the rubberprocess.All manufacturing process like mixing, extrusion, curing , We have latest and automatic equipment with world class safety features.

DESIN & DEVLOPMENT :
ADVEN TYRE TUBE PVT LTD is the first company of its kind situated in central india state mp(Madhya Pradesh)heart of India. Manufacturing butyl tube at larger scale . We have devlop & design in house complete set up of would manufacturing with detail engineering, proper design, to produce premium quality tubes, from two wheeler to O.T.R. Size. All new design has to pass though a long verification and validation and validation product design cycle, based on PDCA cycle (plan ,do ,check ,and act) Before coming to a customer, so that our customer rides on proven ideas.
Feed back from the customer on product and process are recorded and implemented for “continual improvment”.
